Christmas List Maker

Write down what you'd like, paste in links to the exact things, and share the list with the people buying. Each buyer taps I'll get this on a gift so nobody else buys it. The person the list is for can open it any time and won't see what's been claimed, so the surprise holds.

Whose list is it?

How It Keeps the Surprise

A Christmas list made here has two links:

Buyers see what's taken, so nobody doubles up, and the person the list is for doesn't. To be honest about the limits: there's no password. A determined peeker who finds the gift link in the group chat can see it, and the list itself offers a "show what's taken" button for buyers who arrive without it. It keeps the surprise from accidental spoilers, not from snooping.

Kids' Lists

A parent makes the list, adds what the child asked for (or lets them type it), and sends the gift link to grandparents, aunts and uncles. Each one claims something, and the parent can check what's covered from their own phone with Show claims anyway. One list per child keeps things simple.

Your Own List

Make it, add things you'd genuinely use, paste links so people get the right size and color, and send the gift link to whoever asked "what do you want this year?" When you look at your list later it won't tell you what's coming.

Tips for a List People Can Buy From

Secret Santa

This site doesn't draw names. Once names are drawn, each person can make a list here and send their gift link to the group, so whoever drew them knows what to get. Keep the plain link to yourself.

Free, and nobody needs an account

Questions

Can the person the list is for see what has been bought?

Not unless they go looking. Claims show only to people who open the gift link, or who press the show-claims button on purpose. The plain link, and the device the list was made on, show the list without any claims.

Do grandparents need an account or an app?

No. They open the link in any browser, tap I'll get this on a gift and type their name. No account, no app, no email address.

Can I add links to specific products?

Yes. Paste a link into an item, for example "Lego castle https://…", and it shows as a clickable link on the list.

Does it work for birthdays and other occasions?

Yes. It's a gift list. Rename it for a birthday, a baby or a graduation. The wish list maker on this site makes the same kind of list.
