The Service
Online List Maker is a free web-based tool for creating and sharing lists. No account is required. Lists are accessible to anyone who has the URL.
How It Works
When you create a list, you get a unique URL. Anyone you share that URL with can view and edit the list. Lists sync in real-time across all connected devices. You are responsible for sharing list URLs only with people you want to have access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Online List Maker to:
- Store or share illegal content
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Distribute spam or malware
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Scrape or automatically collect data from the service
No Warranty
Online List Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that lists will be available at all times or that data will never be lost. For important information, we recommend keeping a backup outside of this service.
Limitation of Liability
Online List Maker and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of service, or any other direct or indirect damages.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you add to your lists. We do not claim any rights to your list content. However, by using the service, you grant us the right to store and transmit your content as necessary to operate the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove lists or restrict access to the service at any time for violations of these terms. You can delete your lists at any time using the delete button on the list page.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
